# REG121 Plans, Billing, and Account Management Guide

> Compare Free, Pro, and Agency plans, understand what's included in each tier, and learn how to upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time.

REG121 offers three plans so you can start for free and scale when you're ready. Every paid plan includes the full REG121 platform — your website, your database, your API, and your customer login system — all managed for you. There are no hidden tiers and no features locked behind an extra fee.

## What Every Plan Includes

<Note>
  Every paid plan includes the full managed backend: a real Postgres database, a REST API, and complete customer authentication infrastructure. There is no separate backend tier to unlock — these features are part of every plan.
</Note>

You do not need to pay extra to get a database or a login system for your customers. When you upgrade to a paid plan, the entire REG121 platform comes with it. Higher tiers add more capacity and the ability to manage multiple sites, but all plans support the full feature set.

## Upgrading and Downgrading

You can change your plan at any time from your account dashboard. There are no lock-in periods. If your business grows and you need more capacity, upgrading takes a few clicks. If you need to scale back, downgrading is just as straightforward.

Billing is subscription-based and charged monthly. When you upgrade, you move to your new plan immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

To manage your plan, go to your account dashboard and select **Billing**.
